Located within Grade 1 listed Berwick Barracks, and designed by Nicholas Hawksmoor. Berwick Museum & Art Gallery displays items from the old garrison town and its surroundings in its social history gallery 'Window on Berwick' and the Medieval Berwick gallery. There is an internationally important fine art collection displayed in the “Burrell at Berwick” gallery, including paintings by Degas and Boudin.
